Developing a near miss reporting system
Reviewing weekly site audit reports and advising on any measures that need to be adopted to ensure safe working
Developing a health and safety schedule for the year including regular distribution of health and safety briefs and toolbox talks
Liaising with 3rd party health and safety consultants to provide information for external audits
Conducting site audits and preparing monthly health and safety reports for management team
Holding quarterly health and safety meetings and engaging with site operatives
Prior experience is not required as training and support will be provided for the successful candidate however some exposure to site working and health and safety would be beneficial
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and naturally organised, an effective communicator at all levels with a willingness to ask questions.

GCSE’s - grade C or above including Maths and English
A Levels - not required but would be beneficial
Degree - not required but would be beneficial
